UIC Visual and Performing Arts Centre

with Sam Jacobs Studio

The UIC Arts Campus provides a new performing and visual arts centre for the University of Illinois in Chicago. Containing a concert hall, theatres and performance spaces with associated rehearsal spaces, a new home for the art school and gallery spaces, the building is conceived as a platform connecting these creative departments. It also connects the university campus to both the neighbourhood and the city of Chicago.

Working in a small team of four and with a high degree of responsibility, I assisted in the production of drawings and images for this expediated competition entry.
